If you are paying by credit card, and do not want to put the

Shipping Information

All items are shipped from St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of your purchase,
unless that day falls on a weekend or holiday.

Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.

Your shipping carrier options are UPS or United States Mail.

You will be notified of your shipping charges by email.

Return Policy

Please note : You must contact us via email at joanne@designerlinxjewelry.com BEFORE returning any

items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to

their intended destination. All returns must be accompanied by

a copy of the original invoice.

If your item is damaged or defective, you may return the item within

2 days of receipt for refund or replacement. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received at at our offices. Items returned after 2 days of receipt and without contacting us cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you wish to return an

item, you must pay for shipping. If your return is for exchange, please add $10.00 when you return the item to cover the cost

of shipment back to you. Designer Linx Jewelry is not responsible for postage on returned items. Shipping rates apply to the U.S. only.

All Apparel items are FINAL SALES.

We do not accept returns on clearance or discounted items.

my jewelry designs. If you are not

satisfied upon receipt of your items(s), please email me within 2 days of receipt. As long as the items has not been

altered, I will gladly give you a full refund, less your shipping cost, upon receipt of

the returned items. The original hang tag must still be on the item. Please insure all returns, as I cannot help you if your

returns are lost.

quantity items. What you see today, couldpossibly be gone tomorrow.

Computer monitors are all different in how they show colors. Please be aware that

there may be minor color tone variations

in the products you receive. Please be assured that all of my measurements are

as accurate as possible.

If you are interested in a jewelry design that is labeled as "Sold", please contact

me via email to determine if it is possible

to recreate a similar design.
